This is a cel of Haneda from episode 4 right in the beginning. It is a daydream by one of the characters of her running up to him in a bikini. This only appears for a split second and you really have to pause it to see it. One odd feature of this cel is it is upsidedown. The number is on the bottom of the cel. This is from a show called "801 TTS Airbats" It is oversized, mostly longways.
