She looks especially cute here. This is from episode 45, after the theme song, Winry is cooking with sheska and the phone rings, Shou Tucker on the phone.
This sketch takes place after that when she tells Al about it.
KEY MOMENT
That moment is where Al gets the idea to go off on his own and learn how to use the Philosophers stone that is now inside him.
