"Formation! The Worst Tag"
Ichigo, his arm wounded by Ikkaku's Zanpakutô, wraps it up in the hilt wrap, stopping the bleeding temporarily and latching his sword into his hand. Meanwhile, Ikkaku mentions that normally he'd capture Ichigo, but they don't get the reward unless he's dead. Ichigo then runs at Ikkaku and when the latter dodges, he hits the wall, blowing a huge hole in it.
