Here is a nice pan shot from Bleach. It has lots of Rukia in it!!! CUTE NESS CUTE... But i only scanned one of the several here.
The other Character is named Yoshi(Thank you Kata for your help!)

Yoshi Sketch - Episode 93
"The Bount Assault! The Gotei 13 of Destructive Earthquake"
Yoshi knocks Rukia's Zanpakutô away and kicks her into a nearby house. Yoshi approaches and enters the house, looking for Rukia, and finds her hiding behind something. She gets up and flees to a different area, and when Yoshi throws her sword at her, she hits Rukia, who fades. Realising it was an illusion, she faces Ririn, asking if her intent was to allow Rukia to escape and hold her off. Rukia uses this diversion to her benefit by attacking Yoshi and then fleeing.
