I am almost positive this cel is from the end of episode 6, however if i am wrong please feel free to help me.
This is an odd cel, the front is fine, but the second layer with the water lines. The number is painted in the same color as the water. and the front one is made with a red marker.
But the oddest thing is there is some kind of film sheet on the back. That is the black Background. I dont know if thats what it is or what?
