This is a Studio Pierrot Reproduction cel, complete and sealed in its plastic(I want to open it!!) It even has the Pierrot envelope with it.
This is a hand painted cel of Rukia Kuchiki from Episode 9. I dont know if they number these cels or anything, so any help would be appreciated.
